Mr. Yoshikazu Kondo graduated from Department of Naval Architecture, Tokyo University on 1988. Since then he has 25 years experience at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), based in Tokyo, working in technical fields of ship initial FS and FEED activities, shipbuild contracting, design assessment, construction supervision, conversion plan and ship operation management. His technical job experiences cover various kinds of ships - VLCC, Methanol Carrier, Coal Carrier, Container during junior ages. And high weighted to LNG Carrier including Arctic icebreaking ship and various newbuild and conversion FSRU projects at middle and senior ages. Since April 2021 he is assigned to General Manager of Offshore Technical Division, and now leading MOL’s technical strategy planning and overall team management of offshore technical activities - mainly for Floating hydrocarbon storage structures (Oil FPSO, LNG FSRU), Renewable energies (Offshore Windfarm, Marine renewable energy Wave, OTEC, and De-carbonization future projects (Anmonia and Hydrogen, CCUS)
