Thomas comes along with more than a decade of technical and commercial experience in ship management industry. He will oversee the business development team, which is responsible for business and fleet growth of ships under management.

With a naval architecture background, Thomas started his career in the newbuilding segment and worked his way up to become the Managing Director at Thomas Schulte Ship Management Singapore.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in business development for the shipping industry and is also a qualified engineer in naval architecture.
