Excelerate Energy 

Ryan Kearns attended Brigham Young University law school after which Ryan joined Excelerate Energy as legal counsel.  During his fifteen years with Excelerate Energy, Ryan has been involved in the negotiation and contracting of all of Excelerate’s FSRU projects as well as all associated agreements, including ship management, EPC contracts, vessel construction, and terminal operations and maintenance.  As part of Excelerate Energy’s expansion into long term LNG supply, Ryan is actively involved in the negotiation of Excelerate’s LNG deals. In addition to handling all FSRU and LNG contracts, Ryan has served as Excelerate’s chief compliance officer and head of insurance.
