Chester is the Head of LNG and Multi-commodity Origination of PetroChina International for the East of Suez region, responsible to develop the fastest growing overseas market for the Company. Prior to joining PetroChina in 2020, he was with ExxonMobil for 25 years and has held a number of commercial leadership positions to develop LNG to power value chain and LNG SPA negotiations. Chester graduated with a Master degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong with distinction, and received management training from INSEAD and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Chester has worked and lived across Asia including Singapore, HK, China, Taiwan, and Australia.
