Amit has close to 18 years’ experience including thirteen years of international experience in the energy industry working in seven different countries progressing through various roles viz. senior process engineer, Lead Process engineer, Safety Engineer, Project Engineer, and consultant in several engineering organizations, EPC contractors and Consulting companies.

He has assisted numerous clients with the design of complex systems; formulating strategies for life cycle cost analysis, leading process engineering for various projects, and executing energy market analyses/assessments. He has led studies to evaluate business diversification/ portfolio divergence alternatives for O&G and EPC players in the upcoming carbon-neutral world to meet their sustainability Goals. He had been involved in designing the World’s first FLNG conversion project. Amit has also been part of various energy optimization studies; process efficiency improvement, design, and optimization of the Topsides systems of FLNGs, FSRUs, and FPSOs.
