Mr Gan is Executive Vice President, Ship Repairs & Upgrades at Seatrium. He manages the Repairs & Upgrades business, which includes product areas such as repair, refurbishment, retrofitting, life extension and upgrading of vessels, offshore and marine structures and MODUs; as well as EPC upgrades and conversions, e.g. green, alternative fuels, low carbon retrofitting and FSU/ FSRU conversions. 

Mr Gan joined Sembcorp Marine in 1995 and has held various production and project management positions in the Group’s ship repairs and upgrades business. He was most recently Head of Repairs & Upgrades of Sembcorp Marine. Mr Gan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, UK.
